The company's Managing Director, Mr Babulal Varma, states that Omkar Realtors has recently received a clean chit in a legal case that had previously resulted in the seizure of the company's cash, property, and documents.

Mr Verma explained that the legal case arose when Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt Ltd was accused of a money laundering case involving Yes Bank. However, after a thorough investigation, the court found that the allegations were baseless and that there was no evidence of wrongdoing on the company's part. As a result, the court granted a clean chit to Omkar Realtors, clearing the company of any wrongdoing.

In light of this development, Omkar Realtors is now seeking that their realty firm's office premises in Worli (valued at Rs330 crore), cash, documents and digital devices, among other things seized by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), be released. Mr Babulal Varma stated that the seizure of these assets had had a significant impact on the company's operations and that their release was crucial for the company to continue its business smoothly.
