Situated in the Parel-Sewri belt, the Bhoiwada project spans across 17 acres, including Khaprideo and Marwadi Wadi. Previously, this area was one of the most densely populated slum pockets in Mumbai. However, with Omkar Realtors ongoing transformation efforts, it has emerged as one of the leading premium residential locations in central Mumbai. The slum belt, consisting of 19 societies primarily inhabited by labourers and micro traders, has undergone a remarkable metamorphosis.

In addition to the successful rehabilitation of slum dwellers, the Bhoiwada project has led to several other notable developments. Twenty-five Balawadis, or daycare centres, have been established to cater to the needs of the residents. Moreover, six Development Plan (DP) roads and one municipal school have been freed up, improving the overall infrastructure of the area.

The project comprises 15 towers, with eight towers boasting a towering height of 40 storeys. These towers will stand as some of the tallest SRA towers in Mumbai.
